This recipe is the perfect blend of sweet and savory —- a great “restaurant style” burger you can easily make at home. It is one of my favorite summer recipes. They are a must-try this grilling season!
Raspberry Chipotle Bacon Cheeseburgers
4 fresh bakery hamburger buns
1 to 2 pounds ground beef (depending on how big you want your patties)
8 slices cooked bacon
4 slices white cheddar or gouda cheese
Fischer and Wieser Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Other burger toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion)
1. Form ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook patties to desired doneness. Near the end of cooking add cheese and cooked bacon to burger. Let cheese melt and bacon to warm up.
3. Assemble burgers. Place one bun on a plate. Next add burger with cheese and bacon. Drizzle with raspberry chipotle sauce.
4. Add other burger toppings of your choice.
5. Serve and enjoy!
